Lapland Lake offers year round employment with the majority of positions
offered during the winter season on a full or part-time basis.
Many of Lapland Lake's seasonal employees return each year, but
there are some positions that become available annually.
Both full and part-time employees work during the winter season
in a variety of departments including:
Retail Shop * Rental Shop * Administration * Ski Instruction * Food
Service * Bookkeeping
Retail and Ticket Cashiers * Trail Grooming * Maintenance * Housekeeping
Outdoor Laborer/Reindeer Caretaker/Supervisor Children's Ice Sled

Employment Openings:
Nordic Assistant, full time, year round. Position begins Fall,
2008.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ski shop rentals and
sales, xc ski instruction, children’s programming, snowshoe tours,
lodging reservations, marketing duties including event promotion, soft
goods retail ordering and control, varied clerical duties, cashiering
and occasional overnight resort supervision. Weekends and holidays
required. Benefits in addition to above include paid health
insurance and paid vacation.
