Weather reports:  Winter weather forecasts specific to Northville, NY (our postal address) are often inaccurate for our physical location in the Town of Benson. Lapland Lake's location is 9 miles northwest of Northville with an elevation which is higher than Northville's by 600 - 800 feet. The daily forecast we provide in our Snow Condition Report is formulated based on the compilation of several reliable forecasting sources combined with our 30 years' experience living in this unique micro-climate.

It is always bittersweet to arrive at the final day of the winter season.  We sincerely thank each of you for your kind support of us and of Lapland Lake over the past 30 winters.
