Sampling of our traditional Finnish meatballs, cabbage rolls & lohilaatikko (salmon casserole) served with Finnish beet, cucumber and mushroom salads

Sample of Weekly Three-Course Dinner Specials
$15 adult, $10 child (through age 10)

Dinner specials include soup or salad, crusty roll & butter, dessert & coffee.
Two to three selections each week always include a vegetarian option.

Stuffed Meatloaf
Mushroom, ham and Swiss cheese surrounded by our special meatloaf mix, mashed red potatoes and mushroom gravy

Salmon Béarnaise
6-7 oz broiled salmon filet topped with asparagus spears and béarnaise sauce. Served with rice pilaf

Chicken Marsala
Sautéed chicken breast topped with mushroom marsala reduction over linguine

Seafood Tortellini
Shrimp and crab baked with tri-color cheese tortellini mushroom and alfredo sauce and house vegetables

Paper Fish
Tender white fish smothered in mushroom red onion and artichoke hearts baked in papillote with Newburgh sauce and rice pilaf

Prime Rib
7-8 oz prime rib served au jus with creamed horseradish and braised red potato

Eggplant Napolean
Two large baked slices of eggplant layered and smothered with marinara and mozzarella cheese with penne

Smothered Pork Tenderloin
Herb stuffing topped pork tenderloin on thick rich apple cranberry base with homemade cranberry sauce and vegetables

Seafood Newburgh
Assorted sea delicacies with mushrooms and Newburgh sauce in a puff pastry shell served with house vegetables
