Snowshoes
Our 12km snowshoe trail system is fully contained within Lapland Lake's private boundaries to offer
snowshoers a safe, solitary wilderness experience on a marked, mapped and ungroomed trail. The Grant Lake Wilderness Trail crossing state land also may be accessed from Lapland Lake's private property. Snowshoers can experience a 6-mile round trip trek through
this beautiful untouched forest land. The southern section of the 132-mile Northville-Lake Placid Trail begins just around the corner. Our rental/retail shop carries snowshoes from Tubbs,
Redfeather, Little Bear and Havlick's Snowshoe Companies.
