Monday 12/17:   Yesterday we had around one half inch of accumulating sleet. In the long term this is good for our base and coverage.  However today will be a bit challenging with temperatures predicted to move above freezing in the late morning and drop again in the afternoon.   Today grooming will be limited and conditions may be fast at times.  We are closing Karhu until conditions stabilize, so today we will have approximately 12K of XC trail open for skiing.  Open trails include Lake Trail, Vasa, Sisu (with Homestead Hill bypass), and practice field and connector trails.  Snowshoe trails open.  One junior tubing hill is open.

Food service open 9:00 – 4:00.  Lessons are available today.
