Finn-tastic Saturdays! Join us Saturdays after a
wonderful day of outdoor activities for live music in the
Finnish Line Lodge.
Musicians will offer complimentary entertainment from 4 - 6:30pm
each Saturday from January 2 - March 20. We will have several
musicians with us throughout the season, so you will have an
opportunity to enjoy different music weekly. Wine, beer, glogg
(hot mulled wine), juice, soda, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and
light appetizers will be available for purchase. If you like, stroll up to the Tuulen Tupa for a wonderful
dinner prepared by Deena Ecker, our talented chef. Dinner is
served Saturdays from 5 - 7pm; dinner reservations are advised
and appreciated. Tuulen Tupa
Menu. Please note: Illuminated skiing, tubing and
ice-skating are open to the general public from 4:30-9pm on
Saturday, January 30, Saturday, February 13 and Saturday,

Visit with Lapland Lake’s Reindeer!
Plan to visit with our two domesticated reindeer at their
lakeside home. A special treat for the young and the
young-at-heart!
Kyykka ! This is an incredibly
exciting Finnish game played on ice - sort of a blend between
bowling and baseball. Kids and adults alike are welcome to join
in the fun! Conditions at the lake need to be just right, so
we'll announce upcoming weekend and holiday dates in our Snow
Condition Report.

From our January 20, 2008 Session: "I just wanted to take a
moment to send praises for your instructors of the "Ladies Love
to Ski" program. Initially, I was concerned about the "weather
forecast" being too cold and windy, but a call to Ann gave me
the push I needed to brave the cold. Needless to say - the
weather WAS cold, but no where near as cold as the news anchors
would have you believe. The instructors that you have running
the program were FANTASTIC, PATIENT and FUN...and I will make
sure to look for this program year after year. In our world of
constant "dis-satisfaction", I just wanted to let you know how
much I enjoyed the program that you offered today - and what a
great job the instructors did. Thank you so much!"- A.V.
Napa Kiikku! - Finnish
arctic sled rides for children on the pond 2:30-3:30pm most weekends
and holidays (ice conditions permitting). Free with facility use
pass or Season Pass Membership!
Lapland Lake Poro (Reindeer) Club - aka Parent

make learning and improving skiing skills so much fun! Plenty of
games and enjoyment under the supervision of two kid-loving
