Exceptions to the minimum stay requirement will incur a $50 cleaning charge (waived for reservations placed before May 15, 2020).

Day visitors: With the exception of special events, we are not able to accommodate off site visitors in the spring, summer, and fall. The use of Lapland Lake facilities and beach are reserved for registered lodging guests only. In winter, any offsite visitors are required to purchase facility use passes.
Check in time: If your tupa was not rented the night prior, in most instances you will be able to settle in as early as 11am. When tupas are changing over from guest to guest, we endeavor to have cleaning completed by 4:00pm. However, during exceedingly active lodging periods, tupas may be prepared somewhat later.
Check-out time is 11:00am, but guests are welcome to enjoy our public facilities until 4:30pm on day of departure. A public shower with changing room is available. Depending on our rental and staffing schedules, a 4:00pm late checkout option may be available for a fee of $50/adult and $10/child ages 6-17 (but not to exceed one half of the base rate for that night). Please confirm availability with a member of our reservations staff.
